A water defrosting air cooler is a type of cooling equipment used in cold storage areas that require quick defrosting, or that are not suited for electric defrosting. There are three different series of water defrosting air coolers available, which are designed for use at different temperatures.
The first series is based on SDL technology. This model is recommended for use in cold storage areas with a temperature of 0℃. The second series employs SDD technology and is better suited to colder storage areas, with a recommended temperature of -18℃. Finally, the third series is designed for use in the coldest storage areas, with a recommended temperature of -25℃, and is known as the SDJ series.
Each series of water defrosting air coolers functions by circulating cooled water beneath the evaporator coils, which promotes faster defrosting than would be possible otherwise.
