D Series Air Cooler refers to a type of in-store cooling equipment which is intended to be used with Freon refrigeration unit. It helps regulate temperature inside a store, thereby preserving the condition of goods stored within the vicinity.
D Series Air Cooler is classified into different series, such as DL, DD, and DJ, based on various use temperatures. These series cater to the different needs of stores with different temperature requirements.
Here are some improvements made to the product:
The shell of the product now uses either spraying technology or embossed aluminum plate combined with spraying treatment on the surface. This provides a beautiful appearance while also being highly resistant to corrosion.
The coil has been rearranged in a new and innovative way in order to reduce the wind side resistance. Additionally, the copper tube is now firmly attached to the fin through mechanical expansion tubes which effectively reduces contact thermal resistance and improves heat transfer efficiency.
For the product to function well, a special type of fan motor with low power consumption, large air volume, low noise, and long range has been selected. This ensures that the product works normally even under severe humid and low temperature conditions.
In order to make the product more efficient, a U-shaped tubular stainless steel electric heating tube with strong insulation has been used. The electric heating tube is inserted into the coil and the spacing distribution and power design are balanced, resulting in shorter defrosting times and more effective performance.
The product has also been equipped with a slot-type hanger which makes it easier to lift and handle.
